Easily connect a printer to your static QR code to ensure that visitors who sign in using your QR code or link have a badge printed out.

  1. Your visitor will scan the static QR code generated by your workplace admin using their device.

  2. This will direct your visitor to a new webpage to complete the registration process and sign in.

  3. If you have a printer connected and configured, a badge will print out for your visitor after they are done signing in.

How Static Links Work for Visitors

This feature allows your team to place the static link in a webpage on a device of your choosing or share directly with your visitors. From here visitors can complete the registration process and sign in through that web experience. If you have a printer connected and configured, a badge will print out for your visitor after they are done signing in.
