How the delivery pick-up kiosk works
The delivery kiosk is an iPad your employees can use in the delivery area to mark their deliveries as picked up. The delivery kiosk is completely optional since employees can mark their packages as picked up from their notifications, too.
The delivery kiosk is very easy to use. When an employee has a delivery, they can approach the delivery kiosk, type their name, and choose the package(s) they’d like to mark as picked up.
When a delivery is marked as picked up, the pick-up time and date appear on your delivery log. Reminder notifications also stop when a delivery is marked as picked up.
Important Note
The delivery pick-up kiosk does NOT scan deliveries. To scan deliveries, please use the Envoy Mobile app.
Pairing an iPad
The Envoy Deliveries kiosk app is only available on the iPad via the App store. Download the app to get started.
On your computer, go to Deliveries > Settings > Delivery areas.
Click Edit on the delivery area you wish to add a pick-up kiosk to.
Select Devices from the top navigation to show the pairing screen.
Open the Envoy Deliveries Kiosk app and find the six-digit device pairing code.
Type your device pairing code into the field on the computer.
Click Add this iPad.
Your iPad will pair. This may take a few moments, but your screen will refresh with the newly added iPad.
Your iPad will display the Delivery area name in the top right-hand side and is ready for pick-ups.
Removing or resetting the Delivery kiosk
No longer need your delivery kiosk? There are two ways to remove the kiosk.
Remove via the Envoy dashboard
To remove your Delivery kiosk, navigate to Deliveries > Settings, then click Edit on your delivery area.
Navigate to the Devices tab. Under your Delivery Kiosk, you should see a dropdown next to Actions.
Click the dropdown and select Delete this iPad.
