Picking up your deliveries

Learn how to mark deliveries as "Picked up!"

Updated over a week ago

Overview

If your workplace uses Envoy Deliveries, you'll receive notifications when they scan packages into the Delivery log. As an employee, it's crucial to mark packages as picked up so admins have an accurate idea of how many unclaimed packages are in the workplace.

If you can't physically pick up a package, you can snooze a notification to remind you to grab it later.

If you get a notification for a delivery, but its not yours, you can select This isn't mine to let your admins know of the misidentification.

Picking up via notification

The easiest way to mark a package as picked up is by using the notification you receive when it arrives!

Email

You'll receive an email with delivery details to your work email. You can respond directly: Mark as picked up, Snooze, or This isn't mine.

Slack

If you have slack notifications installed, you can respond directly from the app.

Teams

For those with a Microsoft Teams integration, you'll be able to respond in the app.

Picking up via Envoy Mobile

You can use Envoy mobile to respond to deliveries. The mobile app will also show you more details about the delivery, like the exact date and time the delivery was received.

To view your deliveries in Envoy Mobile:

  1. On the app's home page, scroll down to More to explore and tap on Deliveries.

  2. You'll be taken to your personal delivery log, where any pending deliveries will be shown.

  3. From here, you can tap on your delivery and take further action.

Accessing your delivery directly from the home page:

If you have a pending delivery, it will show at the top of the homepage.

  1. On the app's home page, swipe right to view any relevant card announcements.

  2. Tap on Mark as picked up to be taken to the delivery details.

  3. In the delivery details, you can Mark as picked up.

  4. Once picked up, you'll receive a Success! message and cannot take further action on this delivery.

Picking up via the Delivery Kiosk

Not all workplaces have delivery kiosks set up, but another way to pick up deliveries is by using the Delivery Kiosk. If your workplace has secure pickup enabled, this will be the only way to sign off for your deliveries.

  1. Enter your name in the delivery pick-up kiosk and select it from the drop-down menu.

  2. You deliveries will be shown. Select the one you wish to pick up or select Pick up all deliveries.

  3. After selecting a package, you'll be shown additional details. Tap on Mark as picked up.

  4. If required, sign for your package.
