✨ Important Notes:
Visitors will only show in the visitor log when the visitor signs in at the suite on the Visitor Kiosk (iPad) or if an admin manually signs that person in from the Envoy dashboard.
If a visitor signs-in via the Security Console then the invite will be under Invites and the designated admin will be notified that the visitor has arrived.
The visitor experience starts before your guest walks through your workplace doors. It starts the moment you invite them on-site with an email.
