Hi everyone,
Now you can upload either a weekly negative COVID test result or your proof of vaccination in the Envoy app. [Once your document is approved, you won’t have to answer a health questionnaire every time you come to the office].
Here’s how to get started:
Update your Envoy mobile app to the latest version. If you don’t have an Envoy account yet, download the app from the app store and set up an account with your work email.
When you register for work, you’ll first be prompted to upload a photo of your COVID-19 document (either vaccination card or negative test result).
Either snap a photo or upload an existing photo from your phone’s album. Make sure all the information is in-focus so we can clearly read and approve of your document.
Hit “Submit”. Your document will be “pending review” until an admin reviews and approves it. This may take [a few hours, x days].
Once you’re approved, you can set your schedule to come on-site like you usually do. [You’ll be able to skip the daily health check so long as your documents are up to date.]
