Use this email template to show your employees how to upload proof of vaccination in the Envoy mobile app. Everything in [brackets] may vary depending on your company's health policy.

Hi everyone,

Now you can upload your proof of vaccination in the Envoy app. [Once your vaccination card is approved, you won’t have to answer a health questionnaire every time you come to the office].

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Update your Envoy mobile app to the latest version (please note: this feature is only available in 4.7.0 version and above). If you don’t have an Envoy account yet, download the app from the app store and set up an account with your work email.

  2. When you register for work, you’ll first be prompted to upload a photo of your vaccination card.

  3. Tap “Upload” to snap a photo of the front and back of your vaccine card, or upload an existing photo from your phone’s photo album. Make sure all the information is in focus so the date of your last vaccination can be clearly read.

  4. Hit “Submit”. Your document will be “pending review” until an admin reviews and approves it. This may take [a few hours, x days].

  5. Once you’re approved, you can set your schedule to come on-site like you usually do. [And in the future, you can skip the daily health questionnaire.]

Here's a step-by-step video of how to complete the steps above.

Even if you aren’t planning to come on-site in the next few days, we recommend setting this up now. It’ll make your next trip to the workplace faster and easier. If you have questions, please let us know!
