Learn how to set up and review proof of vaccination and test results for visitors

Companies can now request visitors to submit a proof of vaccination and/or negative test results when signing in or pre-registering for their visit.

Enable proof of vaccinations and test results

  1. Navigate to Visitors > Settings > Sign-in Flow

  2. Select the visitor type you wish to edit

  3. Select "Documents" from the top navigation

  4. Toggle on "Enable COVID-19 proof of vaccination documents" and/or “Enable Covid-19 test result documents”

  5. Click "Confirm" to acknowledge the "Notice"

  6. Select admin to be notified about a visitors submission

NOTE:

  • Require visitors to upload a proof of their Vaccination card by Unchecking the “Allow visitors to skip the upload of their vaccination document” box

  • Require visitors to upload a proof of their negative test results by Unchecking the “Allow visitors to skip the upload of their negative test result document” box

  • If the option is “checked”, visitors can skip the document upload when registering.

  • Note when the option to allow visitors to skip the document upload is checked admins will be required to review the entry for approval regardless if the visitor uploaded a document or not (this includes getting an email notice).

  • The admin chosen to be notified upon a visitors submission will receive a notification via email when a visitors submission need to be approved.

  1. Navigate to Visitors > Invites

  2. Within the approval required section, click “view details”

  3. Location Documents, select “View” to access visitors Vaccination and/or test upload.

  4. Click Approve or deny

  1. Navigate to visitors > Visitors log

  2. Within the approval required section, click “view details”

  3. Scroll down to documents, click View

  4. Click Approve or Deny at the top right of the page

How visitors upload their proof of vaccination

Visitors can upload their proof of vaccination or test result when they pre-register from the invite email sent to them or when signing in on the iPad when they arrive at the kiosk.

Upload via visitors kiosk

  1. Click "tap to sign in"

  2. Enter full name

  3. Select visitor flow and complete the form

  4. Click I'm ready to begin submission.

Upload via pre-registration

  1. Click register from invite email.

  2. Confirm full name and fill the form

  3. Click next to begin document upload.

Note:

  • When an invitation is denied by an admin based on the invited visitors submission, the host will receive a notification letting them know that the invite was canceled and should contact the admin for more details.

  • A returning visitor will not be required to resubmit proof of vaccination or test result unless previously denied or the test result has exceeded the validation days set by the admin.

  • Admins can upload Vaccination record and test results on behalf of visitors.
