Envoy offers the option to pair your Logitech Tap Scheduler with Envoy Rooms. Book rooms immediately with the Logitech touchscreen or see if a Room is available from a distance with Logitech's built-in LED green and red lights.

Getting Started
Before pairing the Logitech Tab Scheduler, Rooms must be configured on the account with a calendar connected and Rooms added. Please see this article for configuring Rooms on your Envoy account.
When you are ready to pair the tablet:
Select Envoy as the service provider on the Logitech Tap Scheduler.
A pairing code will be displayed:
From the Envoy Dashboard, navigate to Rooms > My Rooms
Find the Room where you are adding tablet and click the Manage button.
Enter the pairing code from the tablet in "Pairing Code" field under Devices.
The Rooms app configuration is now complete!
Display
Once paired, the Rooms app will display the current day's schedule and let your employees know the current status of the room. It will also allow for booking impromptu meetings, and extending your meetings if needed!
Accessing Settings
In order to access the Rooms app settings, tap the Envoy symbol in the top right corner of the app. You will be prompted to enter an Admin Code (set in Rooms > Settings).

Here you will have the option to unpair the device or access the Logitech Tap Scheduler internal settings.

Steps to Access Logi Settings and Select a Service Provider
Navigate to Settings:
Begin by tapping the Back button three times. This action will bring up the "Access Code" screen.
Enter Access Code:
Enter your access code on the "Access Code" screen. Once entered, you will be directed to the main settings screen.
Locate Logi Settings:
On the settings screen, look for the Logi Settings option and select it.
Select Service Provider:
Within the Logi Settings, you will find an option labeled Service Provider. Tap on this option.
Choose Your App:
You will now see a list of available apps. Select the app you want to use as your service provider from this list
