Envoy mobile makes it easy to see who will be in the office, helping you plan on-site meetings, lunches, and more!
See which coworkers are scheduled to be on site
Open the Envoy mobile app.
Tab the Schedule tab.
Scroll down to see who is scheduled for that date.
You can also search if you're looking for someone specific!
If you don't see who you're looking for, you can invite your co-workers to the workplace.
See where your coworkers are sitting
From the Map tab:
Open the Envoy mobile app.
Tap on the Map tab.
Scroll around the map to see where your co-workers are sitting.
From the Schedule tab:
Scroll down to the list of Scheduled employees.
Select the coworker you would like to view. If they have a desk assigned, it will show here. Tap on the desk name.
You'll be directed to the Maps tab, and your chosen coworker's desk will be highlighted.
If you want to sit near that coworker, tap Sit nearby, and available desks will appear.
Important Note: You can hide your visibility from the schedule entirely by following the steps below.
View your coworker's upcoming schedule
Tap Directory at the bottom navigation bar.
Find or search for the coworker's schedule you would like to view.
Tap the coworker's name.
Under the employee's personal info, you can view their upcoming schedule.
You can tap on a certain day the coworker is scheduled and reserve a spot on the same day.
Adjusting your schedule visibility
Tap on your Profile at the bottom right of the Envoy mobile app.
Tap the Settings gear at the top right.
Toggle off the option to Allow others to see my schedule.
If you toggle this off, you will still be able to see others, but your colleagues will not know when you've scheduled yourself to be in the workplace.
