
Proof of Vaccination allows:
Employees to submit proof of their Vaccination to be approved by an Admin
Employees do not have to complete the health check registration whenever they are scheduled to visit the workplace
🚨 Important note: Proof of vaccination is available worldwide, with the exception of China, Russia, and India.
Enable proof of vaccination
Navigate to Protect > Setting > Employees
Toggle on "Capture proof of vaccination"
Click "Confirm" to acknowledge the "Notice and Disclaimer"

Reset proof of vaccination submission
Admins can now reset employee's vaccination documents to re-submit their proof of vaccination with proof of booster
Navigate to Protect > Settings > Employees
Scroll down to “Documents”
Within the “Enable COVID-19 proof of vaccination documents” section, choose an upload date.
NOTE: The upload date is the date an employee uploaded their proof of vaccination. The vaccination documents uploaded prior to the upload date chosen will be reset. This allows employees to re-upload their vaccine documents to include boosters.Click “reset approval status” to reset the approval status
Click “Reset” to acknowledge the "Notice and Disclaimer"

Enable protect without health screening
Navigate to Protect > Settings> Employees
Edit Employee registration and edit the registration flow
Toggle on the "Allow employees to skip the health check if they are vaccinated" option

Review proof of vaccination documents
Navigate to Employee directory > All employees
From here you can filter for employees with various vaccine document statuses - "approved", "denied:, "pending review" and "not submitted".
To review pending documents, either click the "Review all pending documents" button next to "Export" or select "pending review" from the drop down.
If there are no documents to review the button will be greyed out.
After reviewing the document, you can approve or deny by clicking the corresponding buttons at the top of the page

Note:
This feature is only available in 4.7.0 version and above, your employees will need to have the correct app version to use this.

If an employee's submission is denied, they can resubmit
If you denied a submission by mistake, you can click "reset" next to the denied button and then re-approve.

How to scan employee QR code proof of vaccination
Navigate to Employee directory > All employees to review documents
Scan the QR code on your mobile phone by using the following mobile app: iPhone

3. After reviewing the document, you can approve or deny by clicking the corresponding buttons at the top of the page
Exporting proof of vaccination
Go to Dashboard > Employee directory
Click Export at the top left
There will now be a column on the CSV Called "Vaccine status"
