Setting a schedule and registering in advance
Employees can register for any day in the future by setting their schedule in the Envoy app. Adding a day to one's schedule holds a place in the workplace for that day. Employees will still need to complete and pass their health check before they are approved to go into the workplace.
Open up the Envoy Mobile app
You will see a section titled "Your schedule" and a calendar under the prompt to "Reserve a spot in the workplace"
Click View more and tap on a date you want to schedule
Click "Schedule" at the top
If your company has Envoy Desks you will be given a desk at this point.
You can view all others scheduled for the dates you choose as long as they have the option enabled
When the date you scheduled for arrives you will see "Complete health check" Rather than "Register" on the card at the top of the screen
āØNote: You can select as far into the future as you need.
Unscheduling
To unschedule for a particular day, navigate to the Schedule tab on Envoy Mobile
Tap on the date that you no longer need scheduled.
Select the ellipsis in the top right corner tap Unschedule
Multi-day scheduling
Employees can now schedule multiple days at once by selecting them on the schedule and reserving a desk for all those days rather than selecting a day and tapping schedule one by one.
Open the Envoy mobile app
You will see a section titled "Your schedule" and a calendar under the prompt to "Reserve a spot in the workplace"
Click View more
Click āSelect multipleā at the top right corner of the screen
Select dates you would like to schedule
Select āScheduleā

Important notes for setting a schedule
If you use Envoy Desks you will be assigned a desk for every date you register in the future
You can change your desk and, if the desk is available (see important notes when changing your desk) for future dates, Envoy will give you that same desk in the future
If a date you wish to book in the future has reached full capacity you will not be allowed to register for that date
If there is a scheduling limit, you wouldnāt be able to book past the scheduling limit.
See which coworkers are scheduled to be on site
Click "View more" on the "Your schedule" section of the Envoy mobile app
Scroll down to view future days
You will see a number next to "people scheduled" if anyone has booked the date
Click on the modal and a list of all coworkers scheduled for that day will appear in a list form
You can also search if you're looking for someone specific!
If you don't see who you're looking for, you can invite your co-workers to the workplace.

See where your coworkers are sitting
Click "View more" on the Your schedule portion of the Mobile app
Click on the date you want to view
If you've already scheduled yourself for that date it will be highlighted in blue.
Click on your coworker's name on the list of who's coming into the office
Their desk will appear on the map with their initials
Your desk will appear on the map as well so you can see where you are in relation to them.
If you want to sit near that coworker click 'Sit nearby' and all desks available will appear for you to choose from.
Important notes:
You can only see coworkers on the desk's map via your mobile device.
You can choose to hide your visibility from the schedule entirely by following the steps below.
View your coworkers upcoming schedule
Click "Directory" at the bottom navigation bar
Search the coworkers schedule you would like to view
Click the coworkers name and you should be able to view their upcoming schedule
Note: You can click on a certain day the coworker is scheduled and schedule for the same day

Adjusting your schedule visibility
Click on your profile picture at the bottom right of the Envoy mobile app
Click the settings gear at the top right
Toggle "Allow others to see my schedule" off.
If you toggle this off you will still be able to see others but your colleagues will not know when you've scheduled yourself to be in the workplace.
