How supported visitor badges work

To automatically print badges when visitors sign in, there are certain types of you can use. Once you choose which badge type is right for your office, you’ll insert the badges into the printer. To do this, you’ll need both the badge roll and what we call the label frame. The label frame consists of three pieces of black plastic that hold the roll in place while inside the printer. A label frame comes with your badges when you purchase from the Envoy store. If you choose to use Brother brand badges, the label frame is built-in on the badge roll.

Your badge settings will determine what gets printed on the visitor badge when they sign in.
