Overview

Workplace is Envoy's fully unified platform that includes Desks, Rooms, Parking, Deliveries, Emergency notifications, and Screens.

Pricing is calculated based on a combination of platform level and the desired modules.

Note: Visitors and Connect are not included in our Workplace plans.

Platform Plans

Workplace pricing relies on the selection of a platform plan. This is the base of the Envoy system that powers your workplace. All modules are added to a platform plan.

Premium Platform

Enterprise Platform

Everything in our Premium Platform, plus:

  • Wifi integrations

  • ACS integrations

  • SSO Presence detection integrations

  • Presence control center

  • Power BI integration for Screens

  • Custom analytics dashboards

  • Custom admin roles

  • Admin SCIM provisioning

  • Event log

Once you have a platform level selected, you can add the workplace feature modules you want.

Emergency Notifications

Emergency notifications is billed based on how many employees are in your Employee directory across all locations. You can quickly check this by navigating to your global employee directory.

Emergency notifications are available for visitors on our Visitors Enterprise plan. If you want to send notifications to both Employees and Visitors, you would need to purchase the employee module as well as the Visitors Enterprise plan.

Deliveries

Deliveries is based on how many delivery areas you use throughout all locations. There is no cap to the number of deliveries each area can receive. Learn more about setting up delivery areas.

Reservations

Envoy Reservations is billed annually per bookable resource in combination with either our Premium or Enterprise platform plan.

Bookable resources

Bookable resources are physical spaces available for employees to book. This includes desks, parking spaces, and rooms.

If you want to manage your workplace with Envoy, first you need to understand how many resources you have.

Glacier has 30 employees at its Austin location. This location has 35 desks, 8 rooms, and 20 parking spaces. This means the total bookable resource count is 63.

Screens

Screens is billed per display device. You can view actively paired Screens in your dashboard by navigating to Screens > Devices.

FAQ

How many active users can I have in Envoy?

  • Envoy Workplace pricing was formerly based on the number of active users. This is our Legacy Workplace Pricing. Current Workplace pricing does not factor in the number of active users that will be using the platform.
