About Envoy Screens

Digital signage that's easy to use and keeps everyone in the know

Updated this week

Overview

Envoy Screens can power every screen in your workplace. You can display interactive Envoy content like Maps, Rooms, Deliveries, and Visitors, or create custom media using videos, images, URLs, Canva designs, Google Slides, YouTube videos, and more! Envoy Screens is a simple, easy, and reliable way to manage your screens.

Hardware requirements

Envoy Screens can be used on a variety of devices, making it easy to use your existing hardware to bring content to your workplace. Since Screens is managed wirelessly, your devices must have an internet connection. This connection can be from built-in Wi-Fi or a device (like a Fire Stick or Samsung TV) that is plugged in. You must have a touchscreen device to use interactive content like Maps. A standard display can be used for other, non-interactive content, like images and videos.

Hardware that have been verified by Envoy as compatible with Envoy Screens:

How Screens work

Screens can be used as interactive surfaces in your workplace or to display non-interactive content like slides or videos. Once your screen has been paired to your location, you can create Playlists of content to assign to each screen. You can apply the same playlist to every screen, or have a unique playlist for each! Any time you update a playlist, the content will sync across all assigned devices; no need to manually update each screen! For workplaces with many different content options, you can create a schedule to automatically change the displayed content based on the time and date.
