Overview
By using Schedules, admins can create specific content rotations that automatically apply to assigned screens. You can create schedules well in advance, making it easy to configure a continuous stream of content for your workplace.
Schedules are built based on playlists, so you'll need to have at least two playlists created before making a schedule.
How to create a schedule
Schedules will play in the location's timezone. The schedule shows the location's timezone, regardless of the timezone the current user is in.
Navigate to Screens > Schedules, then click + Create schedule
A calendar view will open, allowing you to build your schedule.
First, decide which content will be shown when no other playlists are scheduled. Click None under Default content, then select the playlist to display.
To schedule content, click on the date and time you want to occupy or click Add content. This will open a schedule sidebar menu.
Select which playlist to schedule by clicking on Content.
(Optional) Modify the time and/or date. By default, a 30-minute block will be created.
(Optional) Select the Frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
Click Save.
Repeat this process for each playlist you want to schedule.
Editing or deleting a schedule
Navigate to Screens > Schedules and click on the Schedule you want to edit.
To delete, just click Remove.
Assigning a schedule
After creating a schedule, you can assign it to a screen!
Navigate to Screens > Screens and locate the screen or screen group your want to assign your schedule to.
Click the elipses in the upper right hand corner of the screen > Manage or click Assign content.
Click Content, then scroll to your schedule and Assign.
To remove the schedule, just click Content, then Remove.
