Overview
Screens can display playlists of content, sync with Envoy apps (like Maps and Rooms), and integrate with other workplace tools like Zoom, Google, and Canva! Not sure if your device is compatible? Check out our Envoy Screens article for a list of verified supported devices.
Adding a new Screen
Depending on how you're using Screens, your setup process will look a bit different.
This article will cover using a pairing code to add devices. For other methods, check out our Pairing a Screen via URL and Pairing a Screen via CSV.
Pairing Code: Web, Android, and Neat
Web
You can use plug-in devices like a Fire TV or Chromecast to enable web services on your device.
On your Screens device, open a web browser, then navigate to screens.envoy.com.
This will display a 6-digit pairing code, which you'll use for the next step.
Back on the Envoy dashboard, navigate to Screens > then click + Add a screen.
Select Enter a pairing code.
You'll then be prompted to enter the 6-digit pairing code displayed on your screen.
Your screen will pair with Envoy, and you'll be ready to assign content!
Android

For Android devices, you'll need to download the Screens app (linked above).
Launch the Envoy Screens app.
Your device will display a 6-digit pairing code, which you'll use for the next step.
Back on the Envoy dashboard, navigate to Screens > then click + Add a screen.
Select Enter a pairing code.
You'll then be prompted to enter the 6-digit pairing code displayed on your screen.
Your screen will pair with Envoy, and you'll be ready to assign content!
Neat
Neat devices are managed through the Neat pulse hub. You'll need to have admin access to your Neat pulse account in order to install screens.
Navigate to https://pulse.neat.no/ and login.
You'll see a list of Neat devices you have paired to your account. Select the device you want to use with Screens.
Scroll down to Apps, and toggle Envoy Screens to On. This makes the Screens app available during device configuration.
On your Neat device, select Envoy Screens during configuration. Once the app has loaded, a pairing code will display.
Navigate to your Envoy dashboard, then Screens, then click + Add a screen.
Select Enter a pairing code.
You'll then be prompted to enter the 6-digit pairing code displayed on your Neat device.
Your Neat device will update and is ready to receive content!
