Overview
You can display upcoming meetings on a paired Screen by using the Room Schedule app. This app will show rooms booked on the designated paired calendar. These bookings can come from the calendar, Envoy mobile app, or the Rooms display kiosk!
This display is read-only and cannot be used to book rooms. For touchscreen displays, like iPads, Logitech tap schedulers, and Neat pads, see our Rooms display tablets article.
Set up
To set up a Rooms Schedule app, you'll need to have a Screens device paired. You also must have a calendar paired with Envoy Rooms.
Within the Envoy dashboard, navigate to Screens > Screens.
To open the Screen menu, click on the Screen you want to assign Room schedule to.
Click on Content, then scroll down and select Room Schedule. Click Continue.
Once the app is assigned, you'll need to select which Room to display. Scroll or search to select your desired room.
Click Assign Room Schedule to complete setup.
