Overview
By using Envoy mobile or web, you can find and book a parking spot. It’s the easiest way to ensure you’ll have a space waiting for you when you arrive at work—no circling the lot or wondering where to park.

Booking parking via the Map [Mobile]
Open up your Envoy mobile app and navigate to the Maps tab.
(Optional) Use the calendar in the upper left corner to select the date for which you need to book a spot.
(Optional) Navigate to the parking map by changing the current floor you're viewing.
Select the parking spot you wish to book and tap Reserve parking. You should see a confirmation message once the booking is complete.
Parking spot unavailable
If a parking spot is listed as "unavailable," it might be booked by another employee.
If ALL parking spots are listed as "unavailable," you might be attempting to book a parking spot beyond the booking limit set by your workplace admin.
Booking parking via the Map [Web]
Login to dashboard.envoy.com, then navigate to Maps > Live map.
(Optional) Use the calendar in the upper left corner to select the date for which you need to book a spot.
(Optional) Navigate to the parking map by using the floor dropdown menu.
Select the parking spot you wish to book and click Book Parking. You should see a confirmation message once the booking is complete.
Canceling your parking reservation
Change of plans? It's easy to cancel your parking reservation from the mobile app or via web.
Mobile
Navigate to the Maps tab.
Use the calendar in the upper left-hand side to select the reservation date you need to cancel.
Tap on your parking spot, then tap Free up. A pop-up confirmation of the cancellation will appear.
Web
Login to dashboard.envoy.com, then navigate to Maps > Live map.
Use the calendar in the upper left corner to select the reservation date you need to cancel.
Click on Your parking spot, then click Free up. You will see a "Reservation cancelled" pop-up once completed.
