Overview

Parking Analytics gives you insight into how employees reserve and use parking at your workplace. With this data, you can spot trends, understand demand, and make informed decisions about your parking capacity.

Using the Parking Analytics dashboard

Setting the data filters

Decide which data you want to see by setting filters.

Date Range

By default, this will show the Last 30 days, not including today. You can change this by using the drop-down menu.

Floor

Decide which floors you want to view data for. By default, all floors that have parking resources will be used to calculate totals across the dashboard. Floors will only appear in this selection menu if they have at least one parking resource placed.

This table shows a list of all parking spots, which floor they're on, booking details, the total count of reservations, and the percentage of weekdays the spot is reserved, calculated from the total range defined. You can set custom filters for any of the columns in the chart, but the default is to sort by % of Days Reserved, descending.
