Overview

Envoy's Global employee directory provides a centralized, aggregated view of all employees across every location within your Envoy instance. Here, you view an individual's employee record, make changes to manually added employees, and export your employee list.

Using the Global Employee Directory

To view:

  1. You'll now see a list of employees across all of your Envoy locations. The total number of employees is listed on the left side of the page.

    1. Clicking an employee will bring up their profile, allowing you to view their details. Learn more about employee record fields.

  2. You can filter by whether an employee has been manually added or synced - just click on All Employees in the right-hand corner to open a dropdown.

Exporting all employees:

You can download a CSV of all employee records. This will also include employees that have been previously deleted and the date they were removed from Envoy.

  1. Click on Export. The file will begin to download and is titled employees-export.csv

  2. You can open the file in any spreadsheet application, like Google docs or Microsoft excel.

To search:

Since this page contains all of your employees, it's easy to search for any employee! This is handy if you cannot remember which location an employee is assigned within Envoy.

Once you open the employee record, you can view their details.
