Overview
If your workplace tracks onsite attendance with Envoy, it’s important that your check-in data accurately reflects the days employees were present. But sometimes, people forget to check in! Envoy allows employees to submit an attendance correction request if a past day was marked as "not on-site" by mistake.
How to enable
Attendance corrections are a location-based setting. Once enabled, this feature will be available to all employees at your location.
Navigate to Workplace > Settings > Employees.
Locate Enable Attendance Corrections.
Before enabling this functionality, you'll need to assign an admin to receive notifications. Select a location or global admin from the drop-down menu. You can assign multiple admins, if desired.
After assigning, toggle this setting to On.
Once enabled, employees can use Envoy mobile to submit attendance correction requests.

Approving attendance requests
Attendance corrections are handled at the location level. Assigned admins will receive email notifications when a submission is made.
To view attendance requests:
Navigate to Workplace > Approvals.
By default, the last 90 days are shown. You can change this by using the date filters at the top of the page.
Any new corrections will be listed under Pending.
Approve or Deny the request to take action.
Once the correction has been approved or denied, it will move into the Resolved category with the name of the admin who approved the correction.
If the correction is approved, it may take up to 2 hours to be reflected in the Attendance report. Employees should see the correction in Envoy mobile immediately after approval.
If denied, employees will be informed of the denial. They will be able to submit additional requests via Envoy mobile.
