Mark as safe

Respond to an emergency notification by marking yourself as safe.

Updated this week

Overview

In the event of an emergency, workplace admins might use Envoy's Emergency Notifications. If this happens, you might be asked to respond by marking yourself as safe. This helps admins have an accurate list of who might need assistance in the event of an emergency. Your responses show in the sent log.

What your location and global admin(s) see in the sent log.

How to Respond

Visitors and employees alike can mark themselves as safe or if they need help, but how they respond depends on the selected delivery method.

Visitors or Employees will receive a text message with a link that will allow the person to mark themself safe. If they have the Envoy app, this will open the app to allow them to respond. If they do not have the mobile app, they will be taken to a webpage with a "Mark as Safe" or "I need help" button they can press.
