Initial connection

Follow the guided documentation here.

Secondary connection

There are 3 various ways to connect an account to Envoy each URL has a distinct URL. Depending on which connection you’re going to use Copy and Paste the corresponding URL into your browser where you’re an admin logged into Envoy.

Steps to follow:

  1. Log into dashboard.envoy.com as a Global admin.

  2. Navigate to Rooms and ensure that an initial connection has been established.

    1. If there is not yet an initial connection refer to the top of this article.

  3. Determine what method of connection you’re going to use for your secondary connection.

    1. Alternative microsoft method, where you connect an individual email with read/write permissions to the specific room resources: https://app.envoy.com/a/roomba/auth/microsoft/user

Once completed you will see all connected accounts within the Rooms settings of the account.

Notes

  • It doesn’t matter which connection you establish first, there’s no difference between the connection orders.

  • You can add more than 1 extra connection.

  • You can remove each calendar connection one by one if needed.

    • You do not have to reset the entire account to delete one connection.

  • All Rooms functionality works 100% for both/all connected accounts.
