Use this email template to show your employees how to report workplace issues on the Envoy app

Send this announcement out after you’ve enabled workplace ticketing on the Envoy dashboard.


Hi everyone,

Workplace ticketing is now available on the Envoy app. That means you can now report workplace issues when you’re on the go–right on the Envoy app.

Is the light not turning on? Monitor not working? Or Wi-Fi getting spotty? With the new workplace ticketing tool, you can report issues with just a few taps on your phone. That way, our facilities and IT teams can be notified of the issues and resolve them ASAP.

How to report an issue using the Envoy app:

  1. Open the Envoy mobile app

  2. Tap the plus (+) button in the top right corner

  3. Select 'Report an issue'

  4. Fill out the form:

    1. Describe the issue (Be as detailed as possible)

    2. Select a category

    3. Note the location

    4. Include a relevant photo or screenshot

  5. Tap submit

After you hit submit, your ticket will be routed as an email to the appropriate team to get it resolved.

Is the light not turning on? The monitor not working? Now you can report workplace issues with just a few taps on your phone. To submit a ticket on the Envoy app, hit the + icon on the top right corner of the home screen, then tap “report an issue.” Fill out and submit the ticket. The appropriate team will follow up to resolve the issue ASAP.
