Overview
If you're just rolling out Envoy to your workplace, it's important to let your employees know what to expect. This will vary depending on the product and plan you subscribe to. Below are templates you can use to email employees and inform them of the upcoming changes. Remember to replace all variables before sending!
How to use these templates
Start with the base email, then paste in the block for each Envoy product your team is rolling out. Blocks are written to sit next to each other in any order. Delete the ones you don't need, fill in the bracketed variables, and send.

Subject: Envoy is live on [Date] — what you need to do
Hi everyone,
From [Date], we're using Envoy at [Location]. It's how you'll [book a desk / reserve a room / sign in guests / pick up packages] — all in one place instead of [current process].

Module blocks
Use these blocks to give your employees context on the specific Envoy products your workplace uses. These are self-contained and can be copied and pasted in any order.

Rooms | Find a room. See what's free right now, book it from your phone, and check in when you get there so it doesn't get released. |

Visitors | Invite a guest. Send an invite ahead of time, and your visitor gets directions and a sign-in code. You get a notification when they arrive. |
