Overview
Exporting visitor data can be helpful for record-keeping, audits, or compliance purposes.
You can download a .csv or PDF file of your desired visitor and invite data. The file will include everything you want it to, whether that's all data or just certain details from the visitor's sign-in. Maybe you only want the visitor's name, entry status, and legal document. You can now filter the data directly on the dashboard to export only the data you want.
Export visitor data per location
Full Visitor log history
Click Export next to Export full visitor history.
The export will begin to compile. A statusbar will appear at the bottom of the screen, with the total number of entries. If you have a large number, it might take a few minutes to process.
Once complete, the download will start!
Important Notes:
This will export the full Visitor log, with no filtering and no invites. If you want to download the full visitor and invites log see Exporting invite data per location.
The CSV file also provides links to NDA files and Visitor photos. These links have an expiration period of 24 hours.
These links are not obtainable from any other export.
