The Protect analytics dashboard can help you make smarter, more data-driven decisions about your workplace.
Identify busy times and opportunities to optimize your workplace policies and sign-in procedures
See patterns in employee traffic to help inform staffing, purchasing, and business decisions
Understand who on your team is using Envoy and who may need additional training
Arm your team and higher-ups with insights that can help them make better decisions for your workplace
NOTE: Data takes approximately 1 hour to appear in the analytics dashboard. If someone signs in or registers within the last hour that number will not be counted.
How the Protect analytics dashboard works
Navigate to Protect > Analytics on the lefthand side of the dashboard.
You can choose to change the time frame you want to view analytics for (click on the date range you see on the top right to do so) or choose from any of our pre-set options

Here’s an overview of what information you can find in your Protect analytics dashboard.
On the location level
General overview

Expected arrivals
Actual arrivals
Average occupancy percentage, based on your set capacity
Current capacity for the location
Different tables and how to read them
Activity

No shows: Number of people who registered to come in but never signed in
Registered arrivals: Number of people who registered to come in and signed in
Walk-ins: Number of people who did not register but signed in on the iPad
Capacity: This can show you visually how close you were to capacity on any given day.
Registrations

Approved: Number of people screened by Protect that were approved entry
Denied: Number of people screened by Protect that were denied entry
Pending: Number of people who abandoned their screening
Sign-ins by type

Dashboard: Number of people signed in by an Admin using the dashboard
iPad: Number of people signed in using the Visitors Kiosk app on the iPad
Mobile: Number of people signed in using Envoy Mobile
Web: Number of people signed in using Web sign in for Protect
Space utilization

Capacity: Set by your admin team per location
Space utilization: The percentage of capacity reached by people actually in the workplace
Employees in workplace

Total arrivals: Total number of times this person has signed into the location
Expected arrivals: Total number of times this person has registered and was approved to come on-site
Average weekly arrivals: Average number of times the person has signed in per week
Last 7 days arrivals: The total number of times this person has signed into the location in the last 7 days
Arrived/Expected in workplace

Arrived: A break down of Employees vs Visitors who signed in to the workplace.
Expected: A break down of Employees vs Visitors who registered (with protect) or pre-registered (with Envoy Mobile) and were approved to come into the workplace
On the global level
Approvals and denials, Denials by location

Approvals and denials: The left graph shows overall numbers for approvals and denials
Denials by location: The right table shows the break down of denials by location, how many employees were approved per location, and the denial rate percentage
Sign-ins by type

Dashboard: Number of people signed in by an Admin using the dashboard
iPad: Number of people signed in using the Visitors Kiosk app on the iPad
Mobile: Number of people signed in using Envoy Mobile
Web: Number of people signed in using Web sign in for Protect
Total sign ins: Total number of sign-ins per location
Expected arrivals by location

A breakdown of all Registrations per location

Actual arrivals by location

A break down of the number of sign-ins per location
Capacity limit by location

Any location with a Capacity set will be shown on the graph
If you have changed the Capacity at any point it will be reflected here
Capacity utilization by location

A breakdown of Capacity reached per location
Exporting Protect data
If you would like to export your data to do additional analysis or share it with your team you can do so by clicking Export at the top right and you will get a .CSV of the tables
