Overview

Understanding the flow and volume of incoming packages is crucial for office operations. With Envoy's Delivery analytics, workplaces can optimize their mailroom resources, streamline the handling process, and ensure timely distribution within the office.

Using the Deliveries Analytics dashboard

Setting the data filters

You can decide which data you want to see by setting filters.

Date Range

By default, this will show the Last 30 days, not including today. You can change this by using the drop-down menu.

Delivery Area

By default, all delivery areas at the current location are included in the delivery analytics dashboard. You can filter this further with this dropdown.

Total deliveries

The number of deliveries per the defined time period, shown per week. The week-over-week change is shown below.

Average deliveries per employee

This chart shows the total number of packages divided by the number of employees at this location. This can help admins know how big the space for their deliveries should be.

Average hours to pick up

Deliveries over time

View by: Day or Week

Group by: All, Status, Delivery Area

This bar chart shows the count of deliveries over time.

Top recipients

This chart shows which employees receive the most packages.

Pending pickups

This chart shows employees who have the most packages that are currently pending. If someone has a lot of pending packages, it might be a good idea to make sure your delivery notifications are configured.

Fastest pickup

This chart shows the average hours it takes an employee to pick up their packages compared with the number of packages they receive.
