Overview
By pre-registering for your visit with Envoy, you can speed up the sign-in process once you arrive! The workplace you visit might have a kiosk, static qr code, or both.
Register via web
When invited to visit, you will get a registration email from Envoy.
Click "Register now".
Fill out the sign-in details and click Next.
There may be a legal document to sign, if so sign it and click Next.
There may be an option to upload a photo, if so follow the steps to either upload a photo or take a new one, click Finish.
After you complete this process you will receive a QR code in your email

Register via Mobile
When you get invited somewhere using the email you've logged in with on the profile page of the mobile app, you will see upcoming meetings.
Tap Check in.
Fill out the sign-in details and tap Next.
There may be a legal document to sign, if so sign it and tap Next.
There may be an option to upload a photo, if so follow the steps to either upload a photo from your camera roll or take a new one, tap Finish.
You will see a screen with a QR code to be used when you're ready to sign in at the location.

How pre-registration works with sign-in
When you enter your name on the kiosk and press >, the kiosk will ask you to confirm your phone number or email. This comes from the invite you filled out previously. The remaining sign-in flow details are auto-populated based on your answers.
If anything has changed, you can tap into the text field and make changes. If any field is locked, you will not be able to make changes.
This usually happens to the Host field, since this is who invited you and needs to know you have arrived!
Important Note:
If the company you're visiting has set up Rules determining entry into its offices, your visit may be canceled.
If your visit is cancelled due to their Rules you will get an email alerting you that your visit has been cancelled
