How to register for your upcoming visit

This article will go into detail on all the different ways your visitors can complete the registration process.

Register via web

  1. When you get invited to visit you will get a registration email from Envoy.

  2. Click "Register now".

  3. Fill out the sign-in details and click Next.

  4. There may be a legal document to sign, if so sign it and click Next.

  5. There may be an option to upload a photo, if so follow the steps to either upload a photo or take a new one, click Finish.

  6. After you complete this process you will receive a QR code in your email

Register via Mobile

  1. Open the Envoy Mobile app (iOS and Android)

  2. When you get invited somewhere using the email you've logged in with on the profile page of the mobile app you will see upcoming meetings.

  3. Click Check in.

  4. Fill out the sign-in details and click Next.

  5. There may be a legal document to sign, if so sign it and click Next.

  6. There may be an option to upload a photo, if so follow the steps to either upload a photo from your camera roll or take a new one, click Finish.

  7. You will see a screen with a QR code to be used when you're ready to sign in at the location.

Important Note:

If the company you're visiting has set up Rules to determine if you're able to enter their offices your visit may be cancelled.

If your visit is cancelled due to their Rules you will get an email alerting you that your visit has been cancelled
