This article outlines how to set up your survey email and select administrators to receive a weekly email summary of the results. When enabled, Envoy will email a survey to any forthcoming visitors 24 hours after they sign in.

Turning on the survey email

  1. Select “Enable”.

  2. Under Recipients, choose whether all visitors will receive the survey email or only guests from certain sign-in flows.

  3. Click “Save”.

✨Tip: Switch to the “Preview” view to see how the survey will appear to visitors.

Getting survey results

  1. Select “Edit”.

  2. Under Results summary, enter the names of any admin that should receive the weekly results.

  3. Click “Save”.

✨Tip: The results summary email will include your weekly report as well as CSV file that you can analyze separately.
