This article outlines how to set up your survey email and select administrators to receive a weekly email summary of the results. When enabled, Envoy will email a survey to any forthcoming visitors 24 hours after they sign in.

Turning on the survey email

  1. Go to Visitors > Settings > Visitor emails
  2. Select “Enable.”
  3. Under Recipients, choose whether all visitors will receive the survey email or only guests from certain sign-in flows.
  4. Click “Save.”

✨Tip: Switch to the “Preview” view to see how the survey will appear to visitors.

Getting survey results

  1. Go to Visitors > Settings > Visitor emails
  2. Select “Edit.”
  3. Under Results summary, enter the names of any admin that should receive the weekly results.
  4. Click “Save.”

✨Tip: The results summary email will include your weekly report as well as CSV file that you can analyze separately.
