Overview
If your workplace admins have Attendance corrections enabled, you can submit correction requests for missed check-ins. This helps ensure your attendance record is accurate, and you receive credit towards any workplace attendance policies.
How to request an attendance correction
Open Envoy mobile, then navigate to the Schedule tab.
Your recorded onsite days will be shown with β check marks. You can tap on these days to view more details, like the desk you had and the time you checked in.
Tap on the date you need corrected. Tap Edit attendance.
Add any notes you want to provide your admin team with: Offsite meeting, forgot your badge, travelling, etc. Tap Submit to send the request.
You'll receive a confirmation email, letting you know the request is being processed.
Confirmation process
Once your request is sent, there's nothing else you need to do! You'll receive an email notification once your correction has been confirmed or denied.
After approval, it could take up to two hours to reflect on your weekly average attendance.
If your request was denied, you can submit an additional request via Envoy, following the same process. You might also want to follow up internally with your manager.
