Setting up your map
You must upload a map before enabling this feature. Learn more here.
On your display device, navigate to maps.envoy.com on a web browser and log in.
Select which Envoy location the device is located in, then tap Next.
Select which floor the device is located on, then tap Next.
Your existing workplace map will be displayed over a street view, based on the location's address. Use the toggles to resize and rotate the map to match its physical orientation. Tap Next once you're satisfied with the position.
Tap the location on the map where the kiosk is. This will provide the "You are here" mark to help orient users.
Using the map
Searching
You can search the location's map by clicking the Tap to search button on the right. After clicking the button, the on-screen keyboard will show.
You can select a category (People, Rooms, Desks, Food, Transport, Safety, POIs) to search to bring up a list of available people or associated resources.
Viewing an employee
The map display follows the same rules as the live map on the Envoy web dashboard. Employees will show on the workplace map if they have a desk permanently assigned or have a desk reservation for the current day. Taping on the employee will display more details, such as onsite status and neighborhood.
Booking a room
Tapping on a room will bring up more details, as well as the room's scheduled meetings. To schedule a new meeting, tap Book Room (if available), or scroll to select the time slot desired.
Settings
You can reach the settings panel by clicking on the gear icon in the screen's lower right-hand corner.
