Overview
This feature allows employees in Connect buildings to request a temporary 1-day digital property pass via the Envoy mobile app to enter the building if they're visiting from another site, permanently remote, or when they forget their badge at home. Once authenticated, employees will get a QR code to enter the building.
Prerequisites

Your mobile device must be on Envoy app version 4.61.0 to request a temporary 1 day digital pass.
Access Control (Property Only)
Enabling this feature requires that you have installed and configured one of our access control integration apps listed in our app store here.
Currently this feature only supports Lenel S2 Netbox and C-CURE 9000 integration. We plan to add more integrations in the future.
Employee Directory (Tenant only)
Temporary passes are only available to employees that are added under your Envoy employee directory. Learn more here about how to setup your directory.
