Best practices/helpful tips

  • Want to include a PDF to invite email or welcome email? Add a link to the email (in the Custom content block) to a PDF you have uploaded somewhere!

  • Want to “turn off the Welcome email?”

    • If you don’t use legal docs, then all you need to do is set Conditions to “Only when legal docs are signed at sign-in”

    • If you do use legal docs: - set Conditions to “Only when legal docs are signed at sign-in” AND the “Legal doc” setting to “If legal doc signed during sign-in” and turn off the welcome guide, stamp, and re-word the subject/header/subheader/custom content blocks to only pertain to the use case of a visitor signing a legal doc.

      • NOTE: if you use legal docs for some sign-in flows and not for others, you can map the above settings to the related sign-in flows and accomplish your goal as well!
