Creating a welcome guide
Adding topics
- Go to Visitors > Settings > Visitor emails.
- Select “Enable”
- Check the box next to the topic you want to include.
- In the text box that appears below the topic, add the information you want to share with visitors.
- Click “Save.”
- Repeat for any other topics you would like to add.
Tip: Switch to the “Preview” view to see how your welcome guide will appear to visitors.
Changing the order of topics
- Go to Visitors > Settings > Visitor emails.
- Find the up-and-down arrow icon to the right of a topic.
- Tap and hold the cursor on the icon to drag and drop it into the desired position.
- Click “Save.
Removing topics
- Go to Visitors > Settings > Visitor emails.
- Select “Edit” and uncheck each topic you want to remove.
- Click “Save.”
Disabling the welcome guide
- Go to Visitors > Settings > Visitor emails.
- Select “Edit” then “Disable” at the bottom.
