Every employee in the Envoy directory will have access to their personal Envoy dashboard and the Envoy Mobile app. Whether you use web or mobile, it’s easy to manage visitor entries, create invites, and more.
Contact details
Each employee in the Envoy directory has a profile that contains their name, email address, and cell phone number. The directory is set by your Envoy administrator. By default, the contact details from the directory will sync to your personal profile.
If you change the contact details in your profile, they will not sync to your employee record. Changing profile contact details will only affect the email address and phone number that appear when you use Envoy Mobile to sign in at another company.
Talk to your Envoy administrator if you think your host notifications are being sent to the incorrect email address or phone number.
