Overview
Keeping your printer firmware up to date helps ensure badge printing runs smoothly and reliably during visitor check-in. Outdated firmware can cause connectivity issues, delayed printing, or print failures, potentially interrupting the visitor sign-in experience. We recommend installing the latest firmware for your printer model before setting up or troubleshooting badge printing.
Latest supported firmware versions:
Brother QL-820NWB: v1.32
Brother QL-820NWBc: v2.19
