Learn how to monitor the changes occurring in your Envoy account.

Overview

Envoy's Event Log shows when changes happened, who made them, and what was updated. This helps you maintain accurate records, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accountability across your Envoy instance.

Events tracked

  • Admin Role Location Created/Removed

  • Admin Role Company Created/Removed

  • Employee Updated

  • Employee Deleted

  • Employee Created

Only a subset of events are available at this time. We will incrementally add new events, so watch our Changelog for the latest updates!

Reading the Event log

  1. Navigate to Manage > Event log. For a Global Event log, navigate to Global Overview > Manage > Event log.

  2. The columns are Date and Time, Admins, Category, and Action.

  3. By default, the date is set to Today, but you can use the date filter to select from pre-set date ranges, or set a custom date.
