EU Data Settings for Visitors

Ensure your Envoy Visitors instance is configured to use our EU data center.

You must follow all configuration steps to use Envoy's EU database for Visitors.

Accessing the web dashboard

You'll need to use the web address dashboard.envoy.eu/login to access your account. The login address is the same for admins and employees.

Switching over to EU data settings

In order to sign visitors into your EU-based company, you'll need to make sure your iPad is configured to do so.

  1. Navigate to Settings on your iPad and scroll down to the Envoy Visitors Kiosk app.

  2. Click on the app to access its settings and on the right, you will see ENVOY VISITORS SETTINGS.

  3. Under this, locate the Use EU region field and toggle it to ON.

Pairing an iPad

Global and Location admins only

After switching to the EU instance of the iPad app, you'll be ready to pair it to your account.

  1. Open the Envoy Visitors app, and tap I have an Envoy account.

  2. Find the six-digit device pairing code.

  3. On your computer, go to Visitors > Devices > iPads.

  4. Type your device pairing code into the field.

    (Click “New iPad” if you don’t see a field)

  5. Click Pair this iPad and your iPad will pair. This may take a few moments.

Connecting the badge printer

Currently, only Brother QL-820NWB printers are compatible with our EU instance.
