As a property admin, you'll be able to allow your tenants to include QR-code access control passes in their invitation emails. This means your property's guests will have access passes in their inbox before they arrive.
How it works
Visitors receive an invitation email from tenants, which takes them to Envoy to pre-register for their visit. After completion, visitors will receive their access pass to the building. The access pass will not work until the time listed on the invite.
This feature is only currently available for Lenel S2 Netbox and C-Cure 9000. More access control integrations will be added in the future.
Here's an example of what a visitor will receive in their email after completing pre-registration:
How to enable
Turning the feature on
Navigate to Property > Settings > Security.
Under Digital passes for visitors, toggle ON the option to allow property passes to be included in tenant pre-registered visitor invites.
Configuring your access control setup
You'll want to have your access control integration set up prior to enabling this feature.
