Envoy Connect supports the use of iPad-connected printers as well as printers that connect directly to your computer.
Computer-connected printers (Envoy Print)
Envoy Print offers a wide range of printers that can work with your Connect account. These printers are setup via your computer, and can print in color. This is the default option for your Connect account.

iPad-connected printers (classic setup)
You can use a Brother QL-820NWB, Brother QL-720NW, or Brother QL-710W to print badges directly from your iPad. This is a good option for those who don't have a computer near their check-in station.
Enabling the classic setup
Envoy Print is the default option for your connect account, so you'll need to enable the classic setup.
Navigate to Devices > Printers.
Scroll down to the bottom module that says Looking for the classic printer setup?
Click on the purple here button to switch over to the classic setup.
Switching back to Envoy Print
Decided to use Envoy Print instead of classic? No worries, you can switch back by clicking into the module at the bottom of the page.
