Learn how to set up capacity limits with Envoy Protect.

Enabling capacity limits
- Find Protect on the left-hand panel.
- Navigate to Settings > Capacity.
- Click Enable.
- From there you can set a capacity for your location.
• You can use the number arrows to the right of the text field or simply type in the number. - (Optional) Set an admin to get notifications when you have a visitor sign in or an invite sent after you've reached capacity
Editing the location capacity
- Find Protect on the left-hand panel.
- Navigate to Settings > Capacity.
- Click Edit.
- Change the number and hit save.
• When you navigate back to the dashboard you will see the change.
Adding a capacity limit notification
- Find Protect on the left-hand panel.
- Navigate to Settings > Capacity.
- Click Enable or Edit.
- Navigate to Next day capacity notifications and begin to type an admin's name.
• The system will automatically dropdown any matches - Select the admin and click Save.
Approving or denying entries
- If the visitor signed in via the iPad you will navigate to the Visitor log.
- If the visitor was invited you will go to the invites tab.
- Once there you will see an alert.
• You can approve or deny by clicking the icon on the dashboard.
• Or you can click "View details" and approve or deny from inside the entry.
