Enabling capacity limits

  1. Find Protect on the left-hand panel.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Capacity.

  3. Click Enable.

  4. From there you can set a capacity for your location.

    1. You can use the number arrows to the right of the text field or simply type in the number.

  5. (Optional) Set an admin to get notifications when you have a visitor sign in or an invite sent after you've reached capacity

Editing the location capacity

  1. Find Protect on the left-hand panel.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Capacity.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Change the number and hit save.

    1. When you navigate back to the dashboard you will see the change.

Adding a capacity limit notification

  1. Find Protect on the left-hand panel.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Capacity.

  3. Click Enable or Edit.

  4. Navigate to Next day capacity notifications and begin to type an admin's name.

    1. The system will automatically dropdown any matches

  5. Select the admin and click Save.

Approving or denying entries

  • If the visitor signed in via the iPad you will navigate to the Visitor log.

  • If the visitor was invited you will go to the invites tab.

  1. Once there you will see an alert.

    1. You can approve or deny by clicking the icon on the dashboard.

    2. Or you can click "View details" and approve or deny from inside the entry.
