Envoy uses Instabug to be able to capture logs of what's going on behind the scenes of the application. If it doesn't behave as it should we can use these logs to find and fix issues within our products.

Envoy Visitors, Deliveries, and Mobile

  1. While inside the Envoy Visitors, Deliveries, or Mobile application at any point you can take a screenshot. 
  • If your iPad has a home button, to take a screenshot hit the Home button + Power button at the same time.
  • If your company uses the iPad Pro model you can take a screenshot by hitting the Power button + Volume up at the same time.

2. Tap "Report a problem".

3. Fill out the email with as much detail as possible, and if possible use the actions down at the bottom to attach more screenshots or a screen recording so we can get a full idea of what the issue is.

Note: This method works for: Envoy Visitors kiosk, Envoy Deliveries kiosk, Envoy Deliveries, and Envoy: Your Workplace app.

Envoy Rooms

  1. While inside the Envoy Rooms app you will triple tap quickly in the middle of the screen. 
  2. Tap "Report a problem".

3. Fill out the email with as much detail as possible, and if possible use the actions down at the bottom to attach more screenshots or a screen recording so we can get a full idea of what the issue is.
