Envoy uses Instabug to be able to capture logs of what's going on behind the scenes of the application. If it doesn't behave as it should we can use these logs to find and fix issues within our products.
Envoy Visitors Kiosk
While inside the Envoy Visitors application swipe left with 2 fingers on the screen giving you a problem.
Tap "Report a problem".
Fill out the email with as much detail as possible, and if possible use the actions down at the bottom to attach more screenshots or a screen recording so we can get a full idea of what the issue is.
Envoy Delivery Kiosk
While inside the Envoy Deliveries Kiosk application take a screenshot from the page giving you trouble.
Tap "Report a problem".
Fill out the email with as much detail as possible, and if possible use the actions down at the bottom to attach more screenshots or a screen recording so we can get a full idea of what the issue is.
Envoy Mobile
iOS
Take a screenshot on the device and click Report a problem.
Fill in all the details you can.
The more specific you are the better we can figure out the issue!
You can also take additional screenshots, screen recordings, or upload additional photos.
Click Send at the top right.
Android
Shake your device until the bug report modal appears.
Fill out all the details you can within the email form that populates.
The more specific you are the better we can figure out the issue!

If you don't feel comfortable shaking your phone or the modal doesn't appear for you, you can submit bug reports in a different way.
You can also go to Settings > Send feedback.
This will bring up the same modal and you can click Report a bug and fill out all the details.

Envoy Rooms
While inside the Envoy Rooms app you will triple-tap quickly in the middle of the screen.
Tap "Report a problem".
