Overview
Once you've paired your Screens devices and uploaded assets, you're ready to assign content! If you haven't completed these steps, you won't be able to assign content. Learn more about Pairing a screen and Uploading content.
Assigning content
There are two ways to assign content to your devices.
Via Details Panel
On your Envoy dashboard, navigate to Screens > Screens.
Click on the screen you want to assign content to. This will open the screen's details panel on the right-hand side.
Here, you can see more information about that specific screen, including Status, date/time Last online, date/time added, screen width and height, estimated available memory, battery level, charging, and network connection.
Click Content to view your assignable content options. You can select a Playlist, Schedule, or App. Click on the content you want to assign, then click Assign to confirm.
Once the content is assigned, your screen will update and load the content.
Via Screens page
If you don't have content assigned yet, your screen will have a + Assign content button showing under the screen preview.
For Screens with content assigned, clicking the content name will have the same effect; just select a new playlist, schedule, or app, then click Assign to confirm.
Removing content
To remove assigned content:
Navigate to Screens > Screens.
Click on the Screen you want to remove content from to open the screen's details panel.
Click Content, then Remove.
The assigned content will be removed.
Removing content from a screen does not delete the content from your library.
You can also remove assigned content directly from the Screens page. Just click the name of the assigned content to open the content list and click Remove.
