Using the Visitors analytics dashboard
Like all of Envoy's actionable analytics, you can specify the dates using the filter in the top right-hand corner.
In addition to the Date range, select which sign-in flows you want to be included on the dashboard.
Invites summary
This chart shows the total number of invites created over the selected period. The percentage shown represents the week-over-week change.
Visitors summary
This chart shows the total number of visitors to your location over the selected period.
Hosts summary
This chart shows the number of unique hosts over the selected period.
Visitor traffic
Organized by busiest hours
This chart organizes the week into the busiest hours based on the average number of visitors. In the example above, the busiest hour is Tuesday at 12 pm.
Total invites
The total invites chart shows total invites over time, optionally grouped by sign-in flow. You can view this chart by Day, Week, or Month.
Average invites
If viewing this chart by day, it shows the average daily invites per day of the week. This is great for knowing which days have the most foot traffic! If grouping by sign-in flow, you can see which sign-in flows are responsible for the most invites.
Total visits
This chart shows the total visits over the period selected. Hovering over a particular section will show you the specific counts for that day and visitor sign-in flow.
Average visits
If viewing this chart by day, it shows the average daily visitors per day of the week.
To adjust which sign-in flows are included, click on the labels at the top!

See the most common visitors, hosts, and departments, optionally grouping by sign-in flow.
