Sales Tax

Learn more about the sales tax applied to your purchase of Envoy.

Updated over 2 months ago

Overview

As of 11/1/2024, Envoy will charge sales tax on all applicable purchases.

Sales tax is calculated as a percentage of the sale price of goods and services, with rates varying by state and local jurisdictions in the United States. The sales tax is calculated at the time of invoicing.

As a global or billing admin, you must ensure your company's shipping address is accurate to ensure the proper collection of sales taxes. Tax is a legal requirement and is not an increase in the cost of Envoy's products and services.

  2. Scroll down to Shipping address.
