Overview
You can request visitors to submit proof of vaccination and/or negative test results when signing in or pre-registering for their visit.
This functionality was created to accommodate workplaces during the COVID-19 pandemic, though it is still available to use.
Enable proof of vaccinations and test results
Navigate to Visitors > Settings > Sign-in Flow
Select the visitor type you wish to edit
Select Documents from the top navigation
Toggle on Proof of vaccination documents and/or Enable test result documents.
Select an admin to be notified about a visitor's submission under Configure document notifications.
Admin approval process
The admin chosen to be notified upon a visitor's submission will receive an email notification when a visitor's submission needs approval.
For pre-registered visitors:
Navigate to Visitors > Invites
Within the approval required section, click View details.
Under Location Documents, select View to access visitors' vaccination and/or test upload.
Click Approve or Deny
Walk-up visitors:
Navigate to Visitors > Visitors log
Within the approval required section, click View details
Scroll down to documents, click View
Click Approve or Deny at the top right of the page
How visitors upload their proof of vaccination
Visitors can upload their proof of vaccination or test result when they pre-register from the invite email sent to them or when signing in on the iPad when they arrive at the kiosk.
Upload via visitors kiosk
Click Tap to sign in.
Enter your full name
Select visitor flow and complete the form
Click I'm ready to begin submission.
Upload via pre-registration
Click Register from the invite email.
Confirm full name and fill the form
Click Next to begin document upload.
Note:
When an invitation is denied by an admin based on the invited visitors submission, the host will receive a notification letting them know that the invite was canceled and should contact the admin for more details.
A returning visitor will not need to resubmit proof of vaccination or a test result unless previously denied or the test result has exceeded the validation days set by the admin.
Admins can upload vaccination records and test results on visitors' behalf.
