Viewing your schedule [Web]

Employees can view their own workplace attendance by using the Envoy web dashboard.

Updated this week

Overview

The Your schedule page gives you a personal view of your attendance history, on-site goals, and adherence progress, all from the Envoy web dashboard. From here, you can review your check-in record, submit an attendance correction if something was logged incorrectly, and download your attendance data as a CSV.

Navigate to Your Schedule

  1. Log in to the Envoy web dashboard.

  2. Click Your schedule in the left sidebar.

  3. Select the Attendance tab.

You'll see a monthly calendar view of your attendance, along with your goal summary and adherence progress for the current period.

Understanding your attendance calendar

Each day on the calendar shows one of the following statuses:

  • Checked in: You were recorded on-site, along with the location and check-in method (e.g., via SSO, Event).

  • Not on site: No on-site attendance was recorded for that day.

  • WFH: You were logged as working from home.

  • Time off: Time off was recorded for that day.

  • Not scheduled: No schedule was set for that day.

Days marked as Required indicate on-site days required by your workplace policy. If a required day was not counted toward your goal, a note will appear when you click that date.

Goal and adherence summary

At the top of the calendar, you'll see:

  • Required on-site: Your weekly on-site day requirement (e.g., "Required on-site 3 days").

  • Goal tracker: Your progress against the weekly requirement, shown as a fraction (e.g., "3/3").

  • Adherence: Your running progress against required days for the current period (e.g., "Adherence Dec 30 – Feb 02: 8/15 required days").

Submit an attendance correction

If a day was logged incorrectly, for example, you were in the office, but the system shows "Not on site", you can submit a correction request for an admin to review.

  1. On the Attendance calendar, click the day you want to correct.

  2. In the day detail panel, click Correct attendance.

  3. In the modal, enter the reason for your correction (e.g., "I was in the office.").

  4. Click Submit.

A confirmation message will appear: "Your attendance correction has been submitted." An admin will review your request.

You'll receive an email confirmation, and your admin will also be notified.

Note: Attendance corrections are subject to admin approval. The calendar will update once your admin has reviewed and approved the request.

Download your attendance data

You can export your personal attendance history for the current month on the Attendance tab as a CSV file by clicking Download.

The CSV includes your sign-in time, sign-out time, and whether each day counted as a required on-site day.
