How to create an Envoy account for Connect Tenants

Learn how to create your Tenant account

Note: In order to start with Envoy Connect, you'll need a sign-up link from your property manager.

Video: Creating your account with Connect

To Create an Envoy account:

  1. Navigate to your email inbox and locate the email titled "[Property Manager] from [Property name] invited you to join Envoy." This email will contain a sign-up link that ties your account to the building.

  2. Fill out the form to complete the sign-up. Since your building invited you, some information (such as email) should already be populated.

    • Phone number - This is optional but great if you'd like to get mobile notifications when visitors sign in

    • Create a password

  3. On the next screen, you’ll input your company address and company name. After filling this out, select a company size, then click 'Let's go'

  4. When you need to log in to your account again, navigate to and sign in using the credentials you created.
