Triggering your block list

There are two ways a visitor can trigger the block list. The first way is through the property block list and the second way is through the tenant’s own block list.

If all tenant block list entries must be provided to the property building, it is recommended to enter in the tenant associated with the blocklist entry under “reason for blocking” when creating the block list entry

If tenants are allowed to maintain a block list under their own Envoy account, tenants will need to approve their own guests in the event a block list event is triggered.

Approving or denying visitor entries

  1. In the event a block list record is triggered, Admins will need to approve or deny the entry on the invites log in order to complete the sign in process

    1. If a visitor signing in triggers the tenant’s block list, security admins will need to have the tenant approve or deny the visitor. This will be done on the tenant’s Envoy account
