How to enable the integration

  1. Navigate to to Integrations > All Integrations.

  2. Under "Build your own", find "Visitor sign out reminder" and click "Install."

  3. Accept the required permissions.

How to set up the integration

  1. Using the dropdown, select which Visitor type(s) to receive the notifications, and the duration of time before the notification is sent. You may select any/all Visitor Types that are configured at the location where the integration is installed.

  2. Using the dropdown, choose the type of notification to send - email, SMS, or both.

  3. Once you’ve made your selections, click “Save Configuration”.

*Please note that if you chose to have SMS notifications, we recommend that you make phone number required in the sign in flow for your Visitor sign-in flows.
